The Andrew McMorris Foundation Releases "Cut Short," Its St. Patrick's Day Public Service Announcement

Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day and Andrew’s birthday, the Andrew McMorris Foundation has released “Cut Short,” its latest Public Service Announcement to help prevent drunk driving. This PSA was directed by David Lopez and produced by David Lopez, the Andrew McMorris Foundation, and Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

The Facts About Drunk Driving and St. Patrick’s Day

St. Patrick’s Day is one of the deadliest days of the year when it comes to drunk driving accidents. During post-party hours from midnight to 6 AM on March 18, nearly 70% of all crash fatalities involve drunk drivers. 75% of fatal drunk driving crashes on St. Patrick’s Day involve a driver who is more than 2x the legal limit.

March 30, 2021 marks what should and would be Andrew McMorris’ 15th birthday.
