Sheriff’s Office Hockey to Play Suffolk Firefighters in Game to Benefit Andrew McMorris Foundation

On Saturday, November 16 at 7pm the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office Hockey Team  faced off against the Suffolk County Firefighters Hockey Club, in a charity game to benefit the Andrew McMorris Foundation at the Clark Gillies Arena in Dix Hills. 

The Andrew McMorris Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit founded in memory of Andrew McMorris, who was tragically killed by a drunk driver while hiking with his Boy Scout Troop. The Andrew McMorris Foundation honors Andrew’s life by raising awareness of the dangers of impaired driving as well as supporting the community with scholarships and grants.
